Shipping Policy

At Fingerlic Cakes and More, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know:

 

Shipping Hours

We ship orders Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM EST/EDT.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the items and destination. We provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout, but we reserve the right to adjust this cost if necessary.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualified orders over $99.00. Some items, such as large or heavy products, do not qualify for free shipping. This is noted in the product description.

 

Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders to Ontario and Quebec typically take 1-2 business days, while other locations may take 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak season (September 1 – December 31).

 

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Canada Post, , FedEx, Purolator, UPS etc. , to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

 

Backordered Items

If an item is backordered, our customer service team will contact you with an estimated arrival time. You can choose to cancel the backordered item or have it shipped when available, subject to a secondary shipping charge.

 

Return and Refund Policy

At Fingerlic Cakes and More, we strive to provide top-quality products. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging and returned within 5 days of the invoice date.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable digital products or templates.
  • Special orders, clearance, and seasonal items.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

We’ll respond with a return instruction within 3 business days.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will apply in the following situations to all returned or cancelled products:

  • When a valid item is returned at the customer’s request
  • When an order is cancelled after it has been invoiced and prepared for pickup or shipping

This fee will be deducted from the refund or credited amount.


Exchanges

We’ll replace defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 business days of receiving your product.


Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.


Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special orders
  • Clearance items
  • Seasonal items, including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah and other holidays.
